Defining Fusion Center Technology Business Processes: A Tool For Planning

The purpose of this document is to provide a tool for fusion center directors/managers to assist with understanding and implementing the fundamental business requirements of the center and planning for the underlying components for each of the business processes the particular fusion center is or will be undertaking (e.g., suspicious activity reporting process, training, and statewide incident analysis).
